PROGRAM ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE SERDP FY 2011 ANNUAL CALL FOR PROPOSALS TO FEDERAL SECTOR PROPOSERS IMPORTANT:
THE SOLICITATION CORRESPONDING TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS OPEN TO FEDERAL SECTOR PROPOSERS ONLY, INCLUDING GOVERNMENT-OWNED CONTRACTOR-OPERATED (GOCO) RESEARCH LABORATORIES. IF YOUR ORGANIZATION IS NOT IN THIS CATEGORY, PLEASE RETURN TO www.serdp.org/funding AND SELECT THE NON-FEDERAL SOLICITATION (BAA). PROPOSALS ARE DUE BY THURSDAY, MARCH 11, 2010. Proposals prepared in response to this solicitation must be submitted through a member of the SERDP Executive Working Group (EWG), each of whom represents a specific federal organization. Each EWG member will initiate an organization-specific evaluation, and down-selection process that will result in the submission of a maximum of two Core proposals per Statement of Need (SON) and an unspecified number of Limited Scope Proposals to SERDP for peer review and final selection for FY 2011 funding. Federal organizations that wish to participate in this solicitation must contact their respective member of the EWG to obtain specific organizational proposal due dates and internal review procedures.
