A Final Report and a Cost and Performance (C&P) Report are requirements of all ESTCP projects. These reports, required in both draft and final versions, are reviewed and approved by ESTCP. The Final Report is a comprehensive technical report documenting the project’s activities, results, and conclusions. The C&P Report is an executive summary of the ESTCP project intended for program, facility, and installation managers, regulators, and other stakeholders who may play a role in future implementation decisions.  Approved Final Reports and Cost and Performance Reports are posted to the SERDP/ESTCP web site.

Guidance documents specific to each Program Area provide the format, content, and submittal requirements. The Word version of the guidance document may be downloaded and used as a template.

A Standard Form 298 (Rev. 8-98) Report Documentation Page (SF 298) must be included in each Final Report submission.
