Emerging Issues

SERDP and ESTCP efforts focus on the fate, transport, and treatment of emerging groundwater contaminants.  Studies also examine new pathways for human exposure from contaminated groundwater, such as vapor intrusion, with the goal of preventing or mitigating such exposure.
